 I know there is so much anticipation and excitement involved in waiting for your final wedding gallery to be finalized. With each wedding gallery, I deliver a preview of the highlights of the day (generally around 75 - 100 images). Since I deliver such a large sneak peek, I deliver that about a week or two after the wedding (depending on my current work flow). For smaller sessions like engagements and bridals, my focus is delivering the gallery within my workflow, so I don’t do sneaks for those to get you the gallery faster. 

I take my weddings very seriously and like to be prepared. If for some reason (act of god, illness, family emergency, force majeure, pregnancy, death, etc.) I can’t make it, I will make sure to communicate asap to give you options, the first being supplying an associate photographer I trust to work under my brand for the day-of. I have a list of photographers I trust to cover your day should something happen on my end. For full day wedding coverage, I also have a second photographer scheduled to be with me as an extra form of coverage. I work on a detailed photo timeline with my couples weeks in advance of the wedding. In the event that something prevents me from attending, I will have a full list of prep to supply the stand-in photographer with all the important points to know about. The second option (and last resort) would be to talk about cancelation and refund based on contract terms and services rendered. Definitely review my contract terms to make sure you understand all of this info.

While prints and albums are not included in your package, you do have printing rights with your gallery to print where you want to! You can take your images to any printing lab of your choice. For your convenience, you can also order through the online storefront attached to your gallery. 

Actually, we both have rights. You have personal use and printing rights to take your images wherever you want to print them. I, as the artist, retain creative license / copyrights of the images. Refer to my contract for any questions and, as always, I’m happy to explain in detail if you need. 

I do not include access to raws under any circumstances. Why? Because raws are the #1, only accessible through a professional photo editing program and #2 are definitely not the finished product that you see in my galleries and on my site. A lot of love goes into my editing style and photographing in raw format is only the beginning. I don’t typically even like showing the back of my camera as the image is far less impressive than the color-infused final product. Trust me, you’d much rather see the finished gallery. I deliver a full gallery that tells the story with all the key moments and details without being overwhelming. Leave the culling and editing to me!

All payments are made manually through your booking proposal like you signed within, so make sure to keep your login handy. I require a 30% non-refundable retainer for weddings and elopements (50% for sessions). For weddings, there is a 150(+tax) minimum payment monthly. The final invoice is due 30 days from the date of the wedding or elopement (and 7 days prior to your session date). 

Yes, absolutely! Please make sure all of your vendors carry liability insurance, as it’s important for us all working together. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, just ask me / have your coordinator reach out to me, and I’ll get that over to you. 

Every gallery is a 1 year online gallery (you can access and download from the gallery for 12 months after the wedding or session) and is delivered via email. I require my clients to back up their images to at least two different locations for safe storage outside of the gallery, as the gallery will be archived after 12 months and will become unavailable and require an un-archiving fee to reactivate. Every wedding and session is different, so I don’t limit my workflow to an exact amount of promised images. For weddings, expect around 80-100 final edited images per hour of shooting. For sessions, expect around 80-100 final edited images total.
