Moody and Magical Wedding at Addison Woods Venue in The Woodlands, Texas
Meghan + RJ’s wedding was such a mood! Classic greenery and white mixed with sultry Southern charm at Addison Woods in The Woodlands, Texas made this day one to remember.
One of my very favorite things about photographing weddings is getting to know my couples and their unique personality and connection. Meghan + RJ, while reserved in nature, are the sweetest and most charming couple and I loved getting to know them and see them come out of their shells from engagements to wedding day.
Their wedding at Addison Woods in The Woodlands, Texas was such a fun time! While the vibe of Addison is more of a bright and clean aesthetic overall, Meghan and RJ’s classic and moody style really really shined here. I loved how they took a classic vibe and mixed it with their own Southern flair.
One of my favorite moments of the day was their private vows to each other post-ceremony, after the whirlwind of the first part of the day had settled down. Their adoration for each other was completely in the forefront in this moment and it made me tear up, as these types of moments tend to do. Their vows were a mixture of realness and tenderness and I loved getting to be a fly on the wall to witness them share their hearts to each other in that moment. I was so authentic and sweet.
Another one of my favorite moments was when Meghan presented her bouquet as a keepsake to her mom during the toasts — I love a mother-daughter moment.
Meghan + RJ’s day was one to remember, all around and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it!!
